This project is located in Shuangshui Town, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province.
In recent years, Shuangshui Town has leveraged its geographical and energy advantages, tocusingon attracting and strengthening core industries such as high-end paper products, printing and packaging, healthy food, and sugar production, supplementing the industrial and supply chains,promoting industrial agglomeration, building a complete industrial ecosystem, and making everyeffort to build a billion yuan industrial park with a circular economy as its characteristic andnational influence. In 2023, Shuangshui Town achieved a total industrial output value of 22.09billion Yuan and an added value of 5.401 bilion yuan for large-scale industries throughout theyear, a year-on-year increase of 13.7%, lt ranked 625th on the national list of top 1000 towns, anincrease of 16 places from last year.

The Hengyuan Technology Thermal Label Intelligent Manufacturing Project plans to invest 168million yuan, with a planned land area of 24.99 acres. lt will introduce five production lines.including water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive coating, release paper silicon coating, anddigital printing, with a designed annual production capacity of 400 million square meters. Afterthe project is completed and put into operation, it will achieve an annual output value of 600million yuan.
